About Us

We are a fast-growing contemporary clothing brand based in Shoreditch, London. We're looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Brand & Content Manager to take ownership of our marketing and content output. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about the brand, who understands social media, and can turn ideas into campaigns, content and real-world brand experiences. You will shape how the brand is seen, talked about and experienced.

The Role

You will own the planning, creation and execution of our marketing and content activities across social, influencer, events and campaigns. This is a broad role combining brand marketing, content creation, shoot production and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing
    • Own and manage the brand marketing calendar
    • Plan and execute product launches and campaigns
    • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
    • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
    • Support email marketing and customer communications
    • Ensure all brand touchpoints remain consistent and aligned with our vision
  • Influencer & Community
    • Manage influencer gifting and seeding programmes
    • Build relationships with creators, tastemakers and brand partners
    • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
    • Coordinate product send-outs and track campaign performance
    • Grow and engage our community both online and offline
  • Content Creation
    • Create engaging photo and video content for social channels
    • Photograph products, campaigns, events and behind-the-scenes moments
    • Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid social
    • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
    • Stay on top of content trends and platform best practices
  • Campaign & Shoot Production
    • Plan and produce seasonal campaigns, lookbooks and launches
    • Coordinate locations, models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, and freelance creatives
    • Create shot lists and content plans
    • Manage shoot logistics and timelines
    • Ensure assets are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Events
    • Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, community activations and launch events
    • Manage event logistics, suppliers and guest lists
    • Capture content during events and maximise post-event reach

About You

  • Experience in brand marketing, content, social media or a similar role
  • Experience working within fashion, lifestyle, streetwear or consumer brands
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing tools
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator culture
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Able to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Passionate about fashion, culture and storytelling
