We're looking for someone who finds things others can't. Not a researcher who Googles, but an analyst who hunts. Someone who understands that the most important information is rarely on the surface and knows how to get to what's underneath.
What BlackScore does
We build AI-native intelligence platforms for law enforcement and national security agencies across 30+ countries. Our systems fuse OSINT, SIGINT, financial records, dark web data, and video intelligence into actionable decisions at national scale. Our analysts don't just use the platform — they help shape how it thinks.
What you'll do
- Conduct deep OSINT investigations across open web, dark web, and social platforms.
- Support cryptocurrency tracing and blockchain intelligence workflows — following the money across chains, wallets, and exchanges.
- Produce structured intelligence reports that drive real operational decisions.
- Work directly with engineers to translate analytical tradecraft into platform features.
- Stay ahead of adversary techniques, new platforms, and emerging data sources.
- Support pre-sales engagements — working alongside the business development team to demonstrate platform capability, run live proof-of-concept investigations, and help prospective customers understand what real intelligence looks like.
- Support post-sales deployments — training customer analysts, validating workflows, and ensuring operational teams extract maximum value from the platform.
For the right person, this role is a natural bridge into a full business development career — we believe the best sales people in intelligence are former analysts who've lived the problem.
What we're looking for
- You have a background in law enforcement, military intelligence, or financial crime — or you've built equivalent skills through obsessive self-directed learning.
- You understand OSINT methodology, not just OSINT tools.
- You know how to build a target profile from scattered fragments across multiple platforms.
- Crypto knowledge is a strong advantage — blockchain tracing, wallet clustering, exchange identification, darknet market analysis.
- Geospatial and telecom intelligence background is equally valued — if you can read cell tower data, analyze movement patterns, or geolocate from open source imagery, we want to talk.
- You're comfortable working with AI-assisted analysis tools and understand both their power and their limits.
- You write clearly and concisely under pressure.
- You know that the difference between an analyst and a researcher is the quality of the question, not the quality of the search engine.
What we don't need
- Someone who has only worked in corporate threat intelligence producing weekly reports nobody reads.
- Someone who needs a structured target package before they can start.
- Someone who mistakes data volume for analytical depth.
