Blacks Visual is an award winning retail design and production house, creating window displays and in-store environments from concept to installation.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Account Manager with a strong background in retail design and production, who understands how to develop a creative brief into an accurately costed and successfully delivered project.
Based at our Wetherby office or within our London team, you’ll build trusted client relationships and work closely with our design, production and supplier teams, keeping projects moving with clarity, care and attention to detail.
You’ll Bring:
- Proven account management experience within retail design, visual merchandising or brand environments
- Strong commercial understanding, including project costing, budgeting and development
- An established network of reliable suppliers and knowledge of materials andproductionprocesses
- Technical experience, including interpreting drawings and specifications
- Practical experience working on site at installations, coordinating teams and resolving challenges
- A calm, methodical approach to working under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork and sharing ideas.
