As a Supervisor at Blacks you will play a vital role in delivering a knowledgeable, welcoming in‑store experience, supporting the smooth operation of the shop floor and ensuring every customer leaves confident in their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets Blacks standards.
- Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in‑store systems to access the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
- Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with Blacks’ brand expectations.
- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to uphold high standards across service, presentation, and store operations.
- Passion for retail and the outdoors, with good product knowledge and the ability to represent the Blacks brand.
