School Business Manager
The School Business Manager is a strategic, forward‑thinking and highly motivated professional who will work in close partnership with the Headteacher, Governors and staff to ensure the effective leadership, management and development of all non‑teaching functions across Blackrod Primary School.

This key member of the Senior Leadership Team will shape the future of the school.
You will provide strategic leadership across finance, human resources, premises management, health and safety, administration, compliance and operational systems.
Your work will secure the best possible outcomes for pupils by ensuring that resources are managed efficiently, sustainably and in line with the school's vision and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of finance, HR, premises, health & safety, administration and compliance.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to align business planning with educational outcomes.
- Lead and develop teams, manage projects, drive continuous improvement and influence decision‑making processes.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions that provide value for money.
