We are looking for an administrative assistant to support the senior leaders of the Aladdin Data team. The Aladdin Data team is responsible for enabling the data needs for BLK and our external Aladdin Client community. This role will provide administrative, organizational, and logistical support for the senior leaders, senior managers, and the wider Aladdin Data team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality., * Manage senior leader calendars and schedules

Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and visa applications

Meeting and event preparation, including materials and agendas

Perform ad hoc project work and provide additional assistance to teams as required

Assist with the logistical hiring, onboarding and orientation of new hires and interns

Build a network across the teams and the assistant community

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field

1- 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software and tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
