We’re looking for an energetic and motivated team manager to lead our Social Care Benefits team. This role involves guiding the team in assessing financial contributions for care costs, liaising with clients and their representatives, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Social Care Benefits team and oversee performance, workload, and priorities.
  • Guide the assessment of financial contributions for care costs and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives to communicate benefits and obligations clearly.
  • Support service improvement through proactive development efforts.
Qualifications and attributes
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements and checks
  • Access to PSN services or networks.
