We’re looking for an energetic and motivated team manager to lead our Social Care Benefits team. This role involves guiding the team in assessing financial contributions for care costs, liaising with clients and their representatives, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Responsibilities- Lead the Social Care Benefits team and oversee performance, workload, and priorities.
- Guide the assessment of financial contributions for care costs and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Liaise with clients and their representatives to communicate benefits and obligations clearly.
- Support service improvement through proactive development efforts.
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Access to PSN services or networks.
- Ability to undertake a Basic Disclosure check (DBS) for unspent convictions.
- Subject to satisfactory references, medical clearance, essential qualifications, and proof of legal working (Asylum and Immigration Act 1996).
