We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our fast-paced and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful primary academy within ATC Trust and gain hands-on experience in a bustling classroom environment while working toward a recognised educational qualification.
As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced class teachers and support staff. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Supporting Learning: Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and helping children with their reading, writing, and numeracy.
Group Work: Leading small group activities or providing one-on-one support for pupils who need extra help.
Classroom Prep: Helping to prepare resources, set up activities, and maintain a vibrant and tidy learning environment.
Pupil Wellbeing: Promoting positive behaviour, supervising children during break times, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for all students.

Qualifications Required
Level 2 a minimum of English and maths grades A*-D (9-3) (or equivalent) are desirable OR willingness to complete Functional Skills Level 1/2 which are a requirement to have or to achieve before EPA Gateway.
