Salary: NJC Grade H3 SCP 36 - 40 £47,181 - £51,356 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Adult Social Care Legal Team to work within an innovative Local Authority. Your role will be to provide legal advice and services to the Council and its external clients in respect of Adult Social Care Law.

You will be required, but not limited to, advising officers and senior managers on complex adult social care law issues, conducting and advocating in Court of Protection proceedings, supporting young adults around transition to adult social care within specific legal frameworks, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, supporting officers around ordinary residence and giving legal advice on the implications of new legislation, case law and policy developments.
