An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Personal Health Budget Officer to support and work within the expansion and development of the Personal Health Budget service across Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB. This role will be based within Blackpool Council but will cover the Lancashire and South Cumbria region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Personal Health Budget Officers who work across Lancashire and South Cumbria with implementing the direct payment personal health budgets
  • Support with statistical information, completing complex audits of patients accounts, setting budgets
  • Provide recruitment support and employment advice
  • Support people to complete a care and support plan
  • Arrange clinical training

Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Substantial experience working with the public
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage conflicting demands

Working Arrangements

This role will support hybrid working, part week located in a Council or NHS office within the Lancashire and South Cumbria region and part from home. Several office locations across the whole area; applications are encouraged from across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
