We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic people with a wide range of skills who are reliable, flexible and hardworking, to join a team of casual workers. The right person will support the delivery of social care to vulnerable people across a range of social care settings, including residential, domiciliary, day services and technology response services.

  • Previous experience of working in a care and support setting.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to undertake shifts which may entail lone working.
  • Positive mind-set with a can-do attitude and solution-focused approach.
  • Deliver a person-centred service and be professional at all times.
  • Have a calm approach when working under pressure.
