We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic people with a wide range of skills who are reliable and hardworking and can work as part of a team and are able to adapt to change in a fast moving, innovative and customer focused service.
The role will be to help vulnerable people during the night, to remain in their own home with an improved quality of life either as part of a double up team or by undertaking a waking watch. The role also involves supporting individuals upon discharge from hospital as part of the Discharge to Assess pathways and providing Complex and Palliative care.
The successful candidates will be working on a 3 week rolling rota, averaging 21 hours per week which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Working hours will be from 10pm to 7am, and the rolling rota pattern is 3 nights on; 7 nights off; 4 nights on; 7 nights off; 3 nights on etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right people to work in a modern, caring, fulfilling service, in return we offer excellent staff support systems, training and development. Although previous experience could be an advantage, it is not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to work outside of a 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday work pattern and will receive an additional payment on top of the quoted salary as a result.
