Contract – Permanent

Hours – 10hrs

Salary – NJC Grade A SCP2 £24,413 per annum pro rata for part time hours (£12.65 per hour)

We employ over 150 dedicated local staff, and we are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant at St John School.

  • Work as part of a team to deliver meals and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with daily kitchen tasks and customer service as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and/or vulnerable adults.
  • DBS check satisfactory history (minimum of two years).
  • Medical clearance and evidence of essential qualifications as required.
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
  • Beneficial: experience in education catering or similar environment.
