Are you an experienced Climbing Instructor looking for a new role? We have a new role within our Climbing Centre and are looking for a Climbing Instructor to join us on a casual basis. As a Climbing Instructor, you will support all operational areas within the Climbing Centre focusing on sharing your knowledge and expertise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the health & safety of all our climbers and visitors.
You will also:
- Take classes and run climbing parties.
- Ensure that all operating procedures are adhered to, with no compromises to health and safety, ensuring that all climbers have completed/obtained the necessary pre-session requirements.
- Maintain the highest customer service standards.
- Ensure that all necessary checks are carried out regularly on all climbing walls.
- Help to reset climbing and bouldering routes on a regular basis to keep the climbing facility fresh and interesting for the customers.
- Ensure the Climbing Centre is clean and tidy for visitors.
- Deal with accidents and incidents as they arrive, recording appropriately.
- Hold relevant climbing instructor qualifications and first aid.
