The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Housing Services team. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the Housing Services Team Leader to deliver all housing management functions, with a particular focus on coordinating repairs and maintenance activity. Your priority will be ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained, with consideration for emerging legislation such as Awaab's Law. You will help us provide an efficient, responsive, and high-quality service that meets the needs of our residents and upholds our commitment to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor repairs and maintenance requests to deliver timely and effective solutions
- Ensure properties meet compliance requirements
- Liaise with contractors and residents to maintain excellent communication and service standards
- Support the Housing Services Team Leader in delivering housing management functions
