Job Overview
The Maple School is looking for an experienced leader for the role of Assistant Head of School. The Maple School is a purpose-built school for students with an EHCP with Social, Emotional and Mental Health as their primary need. It caters for students aged 11-16 years, with all students having access to a number of curriculum pathways that cater to their needs.

The Maple School is part of Synergy Education Trust, a multi-academy trust that is a family of local schools. We work closely together to support each other and strengthen our unique offer and individual provisions. We are a small Trust where leaders and staff drive and empower positive change in their school, supported at every step by an experienced and talented central team. In Synergy, we really are stronger together. Within the Trust, we also have four further schools, details of which can be found on our website. The schools work closely together to provide greater opportunities for students to be able to choose from a wider range of subjects and consequently thrive.
