Blackpool Teaching Hospitals is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Community Therapy West Team, working in clients' homes and local community settings to improve daily living, mobility and independence.
This part-time role (35 hours/week) requires HCPC registration, a degree in OT, and experience in community rehabilitation. You will work within the MDT, provide training, and deliver discharge planning and specialist assessments.
