- Handle telephone calls sensitively, take messages and forward to relevant staff
- Use Outlook and associated system tools (Excel, Word, Access)
- Perform general administrative duties: correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and issue resolution
- Produce word-processed letters, reports and minutes
- Adhere to all Trust policies on Confidentiality and Data Protection, particularly patient data
