The ARC is a unique service in Blackpool recruiting a Senior Support Worker to lead and manage a team of RSWs, acting as mentor, role model and shift leader. You will oversee admissions, discharges, medication, audits and staff development to ensure a person-centred experience for service users.
Contract is permanent, 30 hours per week, salary NJC Grade F SCP 19-24 (£33,119-£36,581 pro-rata per annum) plus weekend allowances. Closing date 16th September 2026.
