Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is seeking a motivated Sheltered Resilience Coordinator to join the Sheltered Housing team in Blackpool. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, permanent, on-site, at BCH Scale 3b salary (£26,847 – £27,709 per annum).
You will provide exceptional customer and administrative support, coordinate community centres, manage records and invoices, and liaise with customers and agencies. Strong IT, GDPR knowledge, and a proactive, flexible approach are essential.
