  • Using stretch and challenge to promote resilience, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of physical performance, health, and wellbeing across the department
  • Leading and developing enrichment activities and extra-curricular opportunities that increase participation in sport and physical activity
  • Modelling and promoting the highest standards of attitudes, values, and behaviours, supporting a positive culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship across the department

  • Evidence of raising attainment at KS4 in GCSE PE or OCR Sport (essential)
  • Effective planning, assessment and record keeping (essential)
  • Excellent subject knowledge and teaching ability (essential)
  • Evidence of raising attainment in Health and Social Care
