hygiene and presentation throughout the Grand
Theatre.
Housekeeping is the primary focus of this
Theatre Assistant role, creating a clean, safe and
welcoming environment for audiences, visiting
performers and colleagues.
You will also support front of house, bar service
and other operational duties when required and
following appropriate training.
Willingness to work flexible shift patterns including early mornings, evenings,weekends and public holidays.
- A thorough approach to cleaning, good attention to detail and acommitment to high standards of hygiene, presentation and customer care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, follow instructionsand complete allocated tasks reliably.
- A demonstrable commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming workenvironment with an understanding of the value of difference to our team.
- Ability to organise tasks and work efficiently during busy turnarounds, with awillingness to learn safe cleaning methods and support wider theatre duties.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with colleagues andpatrons in a friendly and professional manner.
