An exciting opportunity for an experienced Audit and Workforce Development Coordinator for the Blackpool Safeguarding Adults Board (BSAB) and Community Safety Partnership (BSafe) to:

Develop the Multi-Agency Training Pool, launch partnership policies and pathways. Lead complex multi-agency audits, produce learning reports, action plans, and analyse partnership data.

Share learning from Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) and Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) through partnership communications, promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Professionally qualified with safeguarding experience, strong analytical and report-writing skills, audit, quality assurance or performance, and build effective relationships.
