Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 pro rata per annum

Vitaline is Blackpool's Alarm Receiving Centre where we are dedicated to supporting independent living through the use of the most advanced forms of technology available and through person-to-person contact through our Mobile Responder Service.

Your role will be to help vulnerable people keep or regain their independence and stay in their own home with the installation of telecare equipment. We are looking for a motivated, flexible and resilient 'people person' who is able to adapt to change in a fast moving, innovative customer focused service.

Your duties are to carry out basic technical work of a non-theoretical nature through the installation of equipment in order to support the work of a team in producing technological solutions to meet health/social care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to work in a modern, forward thinking service.

At this point in time we are not able to offer a Visa sponsorship in this role due to operational reasons. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/vulnerable adults. This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and amendments to the exemptions order, which mean that certain offences are ‘protected’ and do not need to be disclosed.
