Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum

Role Overview: Children's Social Care is looking for full-time administrators to support several teams within this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Key administrative duties include arranging meetings, taking minutes, data recording, and day-to-day administration.
  • Minute taking is essential.
  • The role requires excellent telephone manner, methodical and highly organised approach.
  • Good team working skills are essential to work alongside admin colleagues and multi-agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines are required.
  • Flexibility and experience in taking minutes are vital.
