We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic people with a wide range of skills who are reliable, flexible and hardworking, to join a team of casual workers. The right person will support the delivery of social care to vulnerable people across a range of social care settings, including residential, domiciliary, day services and technology response services.

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a care and support setting.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to undertake shifts which may entail lone working.
  • Positive mind-set with a can-do attitude and solution-focused approach.
  • Deliver a person-centred service and be professional at all times.
  • Have a calm approach when working under pressure.

Additional information

A casual contract means there is not a guarantee of regular hours as this will depend on the work and you are not obliged to work set hours. At this point in time we are not able to offer a visa sponsorship in this role due to operational reasons.
