This is an exciting opportunity in a newly focused Residential Intermediate Care Service in Blackpool, helping people improve and maintain their independence at home.
Our aim is to provide support and rehabilitation to adults within a safe and secure environment giving them the opportunity to re-gain skills with their everyday activities as they would if they were at home, whilst having the support of a dedicated staff team.
We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated persons to join our well established team and take on the role of Rehabilitation Support Worker. The post holder will be expected to support individuals accessing the service to maintain their health and social care needs, in a person centred approach. The successful applicant will work alongside therapy and nursing teams in the delivery of intermediate care, gaining recognised skills to enhance personal development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be working on a rota, including weekends, bank holidays and flexible shift working. Hours worked will be over 4 days.

The successful applicant will be required to work outside of a 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday work pattern and will receive an additional payment on top of the quoted salary as a result.
