We are looking for a Recruitment and HR Support Advisor to join our HR Systems, Recruitment and Safeguarding Team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will manage a diverse workload covering recruitment administration, employee changes and terminations, while providing advice and support to managers, schools and external customers.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across designated service areas.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on recruitment policies and procedures.
- Creating new starters, processing transfers and employment changes through the HR system.
- Coordinating and monitoring pre-employment checks, including references, right to work, qualifications, occupational health clearances and DBS checks where required.
- Producing contracts, statements of particulars and employment correspondence.
- Processing employee changes and leavers accurately and within payroll deadlines.
- Working closely with recruiting managers, school leaders and business managers to ensure a professional and efficient service.

- Has strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Can communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
- Is able to prioritise and manage a busy workload while working to deadlines.

- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive personal information.
