Partnership Coordinator – Changing Futures Blackpool

Join us in making a real difference in Blackpool! We’re looking for a passionate, skilled coordinator to join our exciting Public Health Team on the Changing Futures Programme. This is your chance to work in a vibrant seaside town, supporting adults at risk of multiple disadvantage to thrive. You’ll play a key role in coordination of service provision, collaborating with statutory stakeholders, voluntary organisations, and health partners to deliver creative, person-centred solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead delivery of the operational delivery of programme outcomes
  • Act as the operational point of contact for the Changing Futures project
  • Initiate and manage relationships with key representatives across the project partnership and with broader stakeholders across the Fylde Coast
