Position Overview
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Blackpool Older Adults Mental Health Team. We are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker for our Deputy Manager role. The role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent teamwork, and a clear understanding of multidisciplinary working. A passion and vision for Older Adult Mental Health Services, a strong supervision framework, safeguarding knowledge, and mental health policy and procedure understanding is essential. The successful candidate will work with the Team Manager to ensure local policy and targets are achieved, and strategically plan. A qualification as an Approved Mental Health Profession, or the ability to work towards this qualification, is essential. Car Driver Essential.

- Hours: 37 per week
- Salary: NJC Grade H1/H2 SCP 27-35 £38,220 - £46,142 per annum
