Langdale Adults Day Care Centre needs an experienced Coordinator to assist the Day Services Manager to supervise and coordinate a large staff team in delivering direct, caring and opportunistic services for adults with a learning disability. The role is varied. Therefore, it is essential to have both the experience and the ability to cover across all service areas which include:

  • The provision of excellent support for people with complex health care needs
  • Working across three Nibbles training cafes
  • Supporting a range of daily community activities and green team projects

As Langdale is a continuously evolving service, we are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills to work in a cooperative and unified vision with their peer coordinators and to lead and inspire all team members in providing a resourceful, caring and quality assured service.
