Moor Park Requires a Leisure Assistant

Leisure Assistants are responsible for pool discipline and constant vigilance of bather\’s activities.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Ensure throughout the day that cleaning and inspection processes are followed and the facility is maintained to a safe and clean level.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the facilities programme and requirements of a multi-use facility.
• Ensure that knowledge of products, sales procedures and activities are up-to-date.
• Maintain training hours in accordance with NPLQ guidelines and maintain their NPLQ qualification.
• Be well presented at all times with clean uniform, name badge and a neat and tidy appearance.
• Provide excellent standards of customer service and follow the staff pledge.
• Complete membership \’show rounds\’ as and when necessary, with a view to sign up new members.
• Ensure that all equipment is safe for use, available and set out for the customer.
• Accurately complete all paperwork required on a daily basis.
