About the Role
As a Social Worker in our Assessment & Support Team, you will:
- Complete timely, high-quality assessments that identify risk, need, and strengths
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring the child’s voice is central
- Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective safeguarding interventions
- Use our “Blackpool Families Rock” practice model to support strengths-based, co-produced plans
- Contribute to clear planning that drives progress and reduces drift for children
