Blackpool Council is recruiting experienced Housing Enforcement Officers to join the Public Protection Team. You will carry out property inspections, investigate housing defects and licensing breaches, gather evidence and take enforcement action to secure improvements and raise standards.
With a good working knowledge of the Housing Act 2004 and associated powers, you will help deliver the Selective Licensing scheme across eight wards in Inner Blackpool, supporting vulnerable tenants.
