As an Enquiry and Collection Officer, you will visit residential and commercial properties across Blackpool and Fylde, investigating liability and occupancy issues, maintaining accurate Council Tax and Business Rates records, and supporting the collection and recovery of local taxation. You will provide advice and assistance to customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and help ensure accounts are administered correctly. The role is largely field-based and involves working independently for much of the working day. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use. Mileage will be paid.
