Active Blackpool is looking to further develop its team of sports coaches to support the delivery of high-quality school-based and community-based sport and physical activity programmes. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated sports coaches who hold a current and valid UKCC Level 1 Coaching Qualification to join our existing team of skilled coaches.

Our programmes engage children, young people and adults, with opportunities to support participants of all ages and abilities. This role offers flexible, casual work and the chance to contribute to our ambition for a healthy, happy and active Blackpool.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/vulnerable adults. This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and amendments to the exemptions order, which mean that certain offences are 'protected' and do not need to be disclosed.
