Please consider if you are able to work at pace, are an excellent communicator and negotiator, and can work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary setting to secure the best possible outcomes for people.

We provide good support to staff and can offer you the same support from a management perspective to help you gain confidence and experience.

  • Blackpool Council Staff benefit scheme: Social Work Benefits and Diversity.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, to support you through challenging times e.g. with free counselling, financial or legal advice.
