An exciting opportunity has become available to join Vitaline who are a 24/7 ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) providing customers with a wide range of Assistive Technology to support independent living. We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual to apply for the position.

Successful applicants will be able to liaise with other staff, partners, customers and potential customers both face to face and by phone. They will also have a good understanding of ICT packages including Word, Outlook and Excel. Full training is provided on all systems; however, previous experience in a customer facing or administrative role is desirable.

You will be supporting the ARC with specific admin functions including the collation of statistical information and contacting service users for numerous reasons, for example following a fall and reviewing personal data.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of administration work and will have a courteous and professional approach. They will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude within the workplace.

At this point in time we are not able to offer a Visa sponsorship in this role due to operational reasons. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/vulnerable adults. This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and amendments to the exemptions order, which mean that certain offences are 'protected' and do not need to be disclosed.
