RESILIENCE OFFICER (MPT)

Fixed Term until 31st March 2027 – 37 hours per week – Scale 5b (£30,024 – £31,537 per annum)

Do you want to be part of a great team working to achieve the BCH vision – Inspiring People to Build Sustainable Communities, in an organisation that offers so much more than just housing?

The MPT project supports unemployed residents, in deprived areas of the county, with a range support and activities, to help them improve their employment prospects. The role will support more tenants to move closer to the employment market. Our Resilience Officers achieve this through actively encouraging and supporting local Blackpool participants throughout their journey; removing barriers and assisting in supporting tenants according to their individual needs. They provide the relevant tools to support participants in sustaining their tenancies and helping them to remain in their home for longer.
