The Role

B&FC are looking for a Youth Worker Co-ordinator to join our Student, Support and Wellbeing Team. Your primary responsibilities will be to build trusted, purposeful relationships with students who are disengaged, vulnerable or at risk of poor attendance, withdrawal, exclusion or becoming Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). You will also coordinate Youth Workers who will provide targeted, relationship‑based interventions that improve engagement, attendance, retention, achievement and progression into further learning, apprenticeships, employment and other positive destinations.
