You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £27,313 - £27,992 per annum. About the Marketing Project Co-ordinator role: We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Project Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and events at Blackpool and The Fylde College. You’ll play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is well-coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with the College’s strategic priorities, particularly around student recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities of our Marketing Project Co-ordinator:
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and projects, working across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure activities are delivered to plan, on time, and to brief.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and reporting, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and supporting performance insights and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee marketing budgets and spend, including purchase orders, supplier processes, and financial tracking, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best value procurement.
- Plan and coordinate marketing-led events, such as Adult Open Events and College celebration events, managing logistics, suppliers, materials, and event budgets.
- Provide essential operational and administrative support, including maintaining marketing assets and documentation, scheduling and minuting meetings, managing key actions, and overseeing the marketing stores and assets.
