Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a Community & Transition Coach to join our Student Services Team on the campus in Lancashire.

You will provide targeted transition support for Year 11 applicants and new students at risk of non-progression, non-enrolment, NEET or early withdrawal.

Working with RAG-rated caseloads, you will partner with colleagues and use practical interventions to help with enrolment, engagement and retention through Term 1.
