Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a Community & Transition Coach to join our Student Services Team. The role provides targeted transition support for Year 11 applicants and new students at risk of non-progression, non-enrolment, NEET or early withdrawal, using RAG-rated caseload management and practical interventions to help enrolment and engagement.
You will work through Term 1 with partnership working and targeted activity to boost retention, supported by generous rewards, flexible.
