We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised SSWI Co‑ordinator (Adults) to lead and coordinate inclusive support provision for adult learners across all curriculum areas and qualification levels. You will play a key role in identifying learner needs at cohort level, ensuring effective support strategies are in place, and driving high-quality, compliant provision that supports engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and monitor support provision for an identified cohort of adult learners, using early intervention to identify needs and implement effective strategies that promote engagement, progress, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely and appropriate reasonable adjustments, embedding inclusive practice across all learning environments.
- Ensure all support provision aligns with Adult Skills Funding requirements, managing resources effectively within budget and maintaining compliance with audit and quality standards.
- Lead on EHCP processes for adult learners, including development, implementation, and review, while monitoring progress, outcomes, and achievement.
- Provide leadership and line management to Specialist Inclusion Mentors, overseeing performance, CPD, and quality assurance to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the adult learner cohort.
