The Role
B&FC are recruiting for a Specialist Inclusion Mentor to join out Student, Support and Wellbeing Team.
You willwork closely with students with SEND/LDD, parents/carers, curriculum teams and external agencies to develop individual Student Support Plans that promote inclusive teaching, learning and assessment. You will deliver specialist, non-subject-specific study skills support, providing personalised strategies, guidance and resources to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Managing a dedicated caseload, you will play a key role in enhancing student engagement, independence and success.
