We are looking for a Youth Worker Co‑ordinator to join our Student, Support and Wellbeing Team. The role will build trusted, purposeful relationships with students who are disengaged, vulnerable or at risk of poor attendance, withdrawal, exclusion or becoming Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). You will coordinate Youth Workers who will provide targeted, relationship‑based interventions that improve engagement, attendance, retention, achievement and progression into further learning, apprenticeships, employment and other positive destinations.
