Overview
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer in the Construction Department, with a specific focus on Electrical Installations. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of aspiring electricians by delivering both practical and theoretical training to students.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering practical and theoretical training in Electrical Installations to apprenticeship and FE students.
- Conducting apprentice progress reviews with students and employers, ensuring effective tracking of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support student progress across all programme areas.
- Using college systems to monitor student success.
- Promoting Health and Safety awareness and ensuring safe practices are followed.
