Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a dedicated Specialist Inclusion Mentor to support learners with additional study needs and promote inclusive teaching and learning. You will manage identified caseloads, develop tailored Student Support Plans and deliver specialist support sessions to help learners reach their full potential.
Working with curriculum teams, parents and external agencies, you will coordinate interventions and monitor progress, contributing to student wellbeing.
