The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly motivated, innovative and collaborative team at B&FC. Are you an experienced capital projects professional ready to lead a diverse and impactful estates programme? Blackpool & The Fylde College is seeking a Head of Capital Projects to lead the delivery of a dynamic capital programme, supporting the continued development of a modern, sustainable, and high‑performing college estate. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will lead and manage the Project Team and B&FC’s capital programme exceeding £3 million annually, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the College estate through strategic project delivery, sustainability leadership, and compliance excellence. At B&FC, you will be part of a forward‑thinking organisation committed to delivering high‑quality facilities, sustainability excellence and outstanding educational environments. You will have the opportunity to influence major capital investments and contribute to the long‑term success of the College.
