The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Curriculum Manager in Engineering (FE) to lead and manage the delivery of high‑quality education across our engineering provision. You’ll take ownership of the full student journey, from curriculum design through to outcomes, ensuring an outstanding learning experience that meets industry standards and supports student success.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead and manage the full student and apprentice experience, including curriculum design, delivery, and assessment, ensuring outstanding outcomes in engineering programmes and functional skills.
  • Develop, inspire, and performance manage teaching and support staff, fostering high‑performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and the sharing of best practice.
  • Drive curriculum innovation and quality improvement by implementing effective quality systems, monitoring performance data, and leading teaching and learning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers and external agencies to inform curriculum development, enhance employability, and support recruitment and progression.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budgets, staffing, and digital learning development, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organisational priorities.
